Texas banks are the unsung heroes of their communities, as their efforts many times go unnoticed by the general public. The goal of the Cornerstone Awards is to recognize and reward Texas banks that have made a commitment to be cornerstones of their communities. Cornerstone Award winners will be honored at a special luncheon during TBA's Annual Convention. The winners' efforts will also be publicized in local, statewide and industry news media.

One bank in each asset range will receive the Cornerstone Award. Winning banks receive:

• A Cornerstone Award trophy.
• An article in Texas Banking magazine.
• Press releases to local and statewide news media and banking publications.
• Recognition at a special Cornerstone ⁄ LiFE Awards luncheon at Convention.
