TBA Services Co. Inc. (TBASCO) is a TBA subsidiary created in 1987, which is responsible for management of relationships with third-party providers offering services to Texas banks. TBASCO is managed by an 11-member board of directors, which has oversight of the company. The TBASCO board directs staff to focus on specific services for endorsement consideration. Upon completion of the RFP process and vetting by staff, the TBASCO board meets with candidate providers seeking endorsement and ultimately makes all decisions relating to endorsement. TBA endorsement carries the stamp of approval by community bankers across Texas.
