The Government Relations Council is the volunteer group tasked with adopting a state and federal legislative agenda, which is then voted on and approved by the Board of Directors. The GRC includes three bankers from each of TBA’s seven districts as well as the BankPac Committee chair. The GRC promotes the annual Washington Summit and biennial Texas Legislative Blitz. This year, the GRC expanded its efforts to include developing a plan to connect with legislators during the pandemic.
