The TBA Technology Committee is comprised of individuals who serve in a technical capacity at their banking organization. Their mission is to serve and benefit TBA members in the areas of technology and cybersecurity by providing input on policies, programs, products and services that enhance their ability to define, evaluate and implement technology strategy. Their main roles are to stay abreast of new basic technologies and emerging technologies within the banking industry; understand cybersecurity threats, security procedures, data retention, privacy and regulatory mandated recordkeeping; provide input on related industry policies; and assist with the planning of the TBA annual Cyber Tech conference by recommending speakers, topics and locations.
