The Human Resources & Operations Committee is comprised of TBA members who serve in a human resource, operations and/or policy and procedure capacity at their banking organization. Their mission is to serve and benefit members in the areas of recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits and termination policies by providing programs and services that enhance their ability to define and evaluate human resource strategies. Their main roles are to stay abreast of HR best practice metrics within the banking industry; understand policies relating to the recruitment, training, development, compensation and evaluation of employees; and assist with the planning of the HR & Operations Conference by recommending speakers, session topics and locations.
