Known for being a one-of-a-kind upbeat and inspiring individual, Coaxum demonstrates bank culture both in and outside of the bank. From building strong relationships to serving the community, he works to make every customer’s banking experience special, regardless of the size of the account.

An Austin native, Coaxum is a recent graduate of Leadership Austin and serves on the board of Ballet Austin, I Live Here I Give Here and The Trail Foundation.

With more than 12 years of experience, Galeano joined First Liberty National Bank in 2017. He has overseen an entire transformation of operations including a new data core, new online and mobile banking as well as a debit card conversion, to name a few.

Galeano works tirelessly to improve efficiencies and move the bank forward. Most recently, he oversaw the COVID-19 pandemic policy and equipped all locations and employees with adequate equipment to operate safely.

He is an active member of the Knight of Columbus Club and serves as treasurer. He also conducts financial literacy campaigns with local schools.

Kimbrough has been with Moody National Bank her entire 20-year career. She got started as an HR clerk and has since worked her way up through the ranks. She has been in her current position since 2015.

As HR director, Kimbrough has truly made an impact on the bank and its employees. She has helped to develop the first-ever Employee Appreciation Day and most recently, an employee-focused game and activity program that allowed staff to stay connected remotely during the pandemic.

Kimbrough leads by example and has worked to develop and train staff, as well as help build future leaders for years to come.

Like Amarillo National Bank, Mansfield is dedicated to his community. Since joining the team in 2011, he has had a positive impact and is an invaluable team member.

In his tenure, he revised how the bank generates its oil and gas price deck by working with the IT department and enhanced the email correspondence platform. His diverse lending expertise covers everything from oil and gas to hospitality, agriculture and more.

Mansfield serves as a board or committee member for many local groups including the Center City Club of Amarillo, Stewards of the Wild and the West Texas A&M University Foundation.

Michael has been a banker for 20 years and a key member of SouthStar Bank since joining the team in 2018. She quickly took the bank’s SBA division to a new level by setting a goal and achieving the designation of preferred SBA lender.

Her vision and leadership have been instrumental as the bank entered into PPP lending. Michael and her team worked around the clock to process SBA applications and implement new products, procedures and software to streamline the processes.

Michael is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and has served as a mentor through its UCREW and CREW Career programs.

Although Teague did not join the banking industry until 2015, she has had a positive impact on Citizens State Bank in just a few years. She began her banking career as a compliance officer and internal auditor and was promoted to vice president of compliance.

She has worked to improve the overall performance of the compliance department, as well as policies and procedures — and as a result, improved the bank’s overall regulatory rating.

Teague is the chair of the bank’s Compliance Committee, Enterprise Risk Management Committee and Internal Audit Committee. She has also served on the board of the Burleson County Chamber of Commerce.

With more than a decade of community banking experience, Williams hit the ground running after joining the Brady National Bank team in 2020.

In one year, Williams has identified opportunities within the market to increase loan growth, create a culture forward movement, adjust the overdraft program and more. Most recently, he was a leading force in the PPP loan program.

Williams is committed to serving and building relationships that help the community and is actively involved with several organizations such as the Brady Civic Club, Rotary, Brady/McCulloch County Chamber of Commerce, Appraisal District Board and more.

Dyck joined First Financial Bank in 2005 as a teller and has since held various positions across virtually the entire bank. She has been in her current role since 2020.

An instrumental part of the organization, Dyck has led several bank initiatives such as the current customer relationship management and the Peer Reviews team. As the bank continues to grow through acquisition, she often serves on the conversion team to ensure a smooth transition.

Dyck has been recognized as a First Financial Bank Shining Star and previously served as a mentor in the bank’s Mentorship Program.

Grigar has been a banker for 18 years and a key contributor to Community National Bank & Trust of Texas since joining the team in 2003.

Throughout her tenure, she has been at the center of any new product, procedure, process and technology development through various roles. Since taking over all operations in 2019, she has helped to advance the bank’s capacity from a digital standpoint with an emphasis on serving customers.

Grigar is active in the community and has served as a board or committee member for many local groups, including Relay for Life and the Education Foundation for her children’s school.

Maddox has been a banker for more than 15 years but in just two years at FirstBank Southwest, she has rewritten and greatly expanded the bank’s credit policy.

Seeing a need for a more efficient way to make credit decisions, Maddox utilized the existing software to create a more effective platform and expanded the use into the modeling of the bank’s ALLL reserve computations.

Maddox is an active member of the Risk Management Association, where she earned the Credit Risk Certified (CRC) designation as well as leading her credit and underwriting team members to earn their CRC designations.

With more than 15 years of experience, Mauck joined Frontier Bank of Texas in 2019. She helped open the bank’s first Williamson County location.

Mauck has devoted emphasis on gathering core deposits and expanding the local business portfolio. As a result, the bank reached profitability in two months. She uses her expertise to give the bank a competitive advantage doing so through several commercial initiatives and most recently, helped customers navigate through the PPP forgiveness process.

She was recently promoted to Williamson County market manager and will lead the effort to expand the market with a second location.

With 19 years of experience, Parkey joined Texas Security Bank in 2013. He leads a team of five relationship managers, one portfolio manager, two executive assistants and three credit analysts.

A true leader, Parkey worked diligently with the chief lending officer to re-engineer the existing loan origination process to a PPP loan origination and forgiveness process that accommodated the deluge of applications.

Parkey is active in the community and works to provide business owners and entrepreneurs valuable training for operating a business enterprise.

Wagoner joined the FirstCapital Bank of Texas team as a project analyst in 2013 and has since worked her way up the ladder to her current role of loan services division manager.

A leader by example, her contributions to the bank are extensive including the implementation of new processes and software as well as creating innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of the bank and introduce the ability to use data at an advanced level.

Wagoner is a member of several of the bank’s internal groups such as the ALLL, Classified Loan, Grassroots and Quadrathlon Committees. She also is involved in United Way and BankPac fundraisers.

Winger joined the Legend Bank team as a loan officer in 2016 and within two years, became part of the bank’s leadership team.

Boasting small-town experience, Winger strives to provide personalized services to a big city market and has continued to grow his team, build customer relationships and serve the community. While facing many unforeseen challenges during the pandemic, Winger spearheaded a local blood drive and served on an internal Ag Task Force.

Winger is active in the community and serves in a volunteer role as a board member and treasurer of the Texas Council of Fly Fishers.
