West Texas National Bank expands into South Plains

West Texas National Bank announced its expansion into the South Plains market with a full-service branch located in Plainview and a Loan and Deposit Production Office in Lockney.

“We’re excited to support these new communities and the industries within them,” said WTNB Bank President/CEO Chris Whigham.

The bank appointed Willis McCutcheon as the bank’s Plainview Market President. With over 41 years of banking experience, McCutcheon specializes in agribusiness and commercial lending. The new branch is expected to open early 2024.
