Fort Worth’s Worthington National Bank converts to state charter
Texas Banking Commissioner Charles G. Cooper has announced the conversion of Worthington National Bank to a Texas state bank charter. Starting Nov. 21, the institution with $540 million in assets will operate under the name of Worthington Bank.
“I am pleased to welcome Worthington Bank to the Texas state banking system and look forward to working with the bank’s Board and management to ensure it continues to provide safe and sound financial services to its customers,” Commissioner Cooper stated.
Worthington Bank operates a main office in Arlington with branches in Colleyville and Fort Worth. The executive team includes CEO Greg Morse, President Charles E. “Cee” Yager, III, EVP/Chief Legal Officer Daniel P. Mocio and EVP/CFO Veronica Watkins.
