Jenifer Malkin is the Managing Counsel of the PNC Legal Department's Retail Payments team. She has nearly 25 years of legal practice in the areas of consumer lending and electronic payments, with a primary focus on consumer credit card lending. Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and her Master of International Affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in New York City.

The topic of this presentation is Consumer Credit Cards 101, providing high level basics of consumer credit card lending, including a discussion of some of the primary rules governing these types of transactions.
