Presenter: Gregory J. Hudson, Adjunct Professor, SMU Dedman School of Law
Gregory Hudson is a trusted advisor with more than 20 years of banking, regulatory and legal experience. His experience includes a decade with the Federal Reserve serving as an attorney and bank supervisor. More recently, he was in-house counsel to a regional bank. He currently teaches banking law and regulation at SMU Dedman School of Law.

Description: This CLE program will review the enforcement actions issued in 2023 by the banking regulators. It will also include a discussion of enforcement hot topics and regulatory priorities. The goal is to have a better read of the tea leaves, which could help financial service providers navigate the evolving regulatory landscape.
