Cancellation/Refund policy

ALL CANCELLATIONS OR SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING to education@texasbankers.com.

A full refund (100%) of paid registration fees will be granted when the cancellation request is received 30 or more calendar days prior to the scheduled event start date.

A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 15 and 29 calendar days prior to the scheduled event start date.

No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 14 calendar days before the scheduled event start date, unless extenuating circumstances apply. Extenuating circumstances may include, but are not limited to, a death in the family, documented positive COVID-19 test, etc.

Substitute attendees are permitted at any point without added cost or penalty if requested in writing to education@texasbankers.com.

TBA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances and will refund registration fees in full if the event is rescheduled or the location is changed and registrants is unable to attend.
