Cancellation/substitution requests must be made in writing. Email requests to education@texasbankers.com. Full registration fees will be refunded if written notice is received no later than April 20, 2026. Golf fees are non-refundable. No refunds for cancellations received after April 20, 2026. Substitutions are permitted without penalty.

Located in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Hackberry Creek Country Club’s 18 hole championship golf course was co-designed by architect Joe Finger and golf legend Byron Nelson and opened in 1985. Humane Society of Dallas County – Dog and Kitty City Shelter
Join fellow attendees in giving back to the community by supporting the Humane Society of Dallas County’s Dog & Kitty City Shelter. Volunteers will help care for rescue dogs and cats through light cleaning, socialization, and enrichment activities that enhance the animals’ well-being as they await adoption. This hands-on experience offers a meaningful way to connect with others while making a positive impact on a local no-kill shelter dedicated to providing love, safety, and second chances to every animal. Additional event details will be shared closer to the convention.
