Federal consumer protection laws continue to be a tidal wave of change! This is your opportunity to gain an excellent understanding and prepare your financial institution for compliance. The curriculum covers the basic requirements of all the major consumer compliance regulations. What is not directly addressed during the school is provided in some detail in the manual. This reference will provide an ongoing source of information long after the school has ended.

Registration Fees

First Registrant: $2,795

Additional Registrants: $2,670

All Non-Members: $5,590

Lending Session Only: $1,900

Deposit/Ops Session Only: $1,550

Registration & Cancellation Policy

The registration fee includes program materials, most meals plus two receptions.

Note: For IRS reporting purposes, the food cost portion of your registration is
pending approval.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing. Please email to education@texasbankers.com. Cancellations received on or before March 29 will receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received March 30 – April 3 will receive a refund less a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations received after April 3 or “no shows” will not be refunded. Extenuating circumstances are reviewed on an individual basis. Substitutions are permitted without penalty.

Continuing Education

Texas State Board of Public Accountancy: Pending Approval. There are no educational prerequisites.

ABA Professional Certifications:
Application has been submitted for CE credit. We will notify attendees once credit has been approved.

Program Materials

A notebook with course materials will be provided onsite for each student.
The hands-on curriculum features an in-depth case study project and class
exercises.
