Important security advisory on jackpotting

The Texas Financial Crimes Intelligence Center (TX FCIC) has issued an advisory regarding incidents of ATM “jackpotting,” most recently in North Texas and Oklahoma.

If you have recent similar cases or suspicious activity, please reach out to the FCIC (TXFCIC@fcic.texas.gov) to submit reports via the FCIC portal under ‘LE SUBMISSIONS’ or ‘INDUSTRY PARTNERS.’ The FCIC also recommends discussions with your ATM vendor to understand how to reduce jackpotting vulnerabilities.
