Registration & Cancellation Policy

For IRS reporting purposes, the food cost portion of your registration is to be determined.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to education@texasbankers.com. Full registration fees will be refunded if written notice is received no later than March 25, 2026. There is no refund after this date. Extenuating circumstances are reviewed on an individual basis. Substitutions are permitted without added cost or penalty.

Thursday afternoon, you and your guest will have the choice of an afternoon on your own in Fort Worth or a clay shoot at Defender Outdoors Clay Sports Ranch. Please make your selection on the registration form.

Sporting Clays is a lot like golf with a shotgun. Designed to simulate field shooting, the game offers a variety of targets from random locations. Each shooting station is unique and will offer different challenges. All skill levels can play the game, and we assure you that everyone will have a great time.
