Share Your Expertise with Texas Bankers
The Texas Bankers Association is always looking for knowledgeable speakers who can help community bankers address emerging issues, solve real-world challenges and strengthen their organizations.
We invite bankers, industry professionals and subject matter experts to submit educational session ideas for TBA conferences, schools, seminars, webinars and other programs.
What We’re Looking For
Strong sessions:
- Address timely issues affecting community banks
- Provide practical strategies or tools bankers can use
- Include relevant examples, case studies or lessons learned
- Are tailored to banking professionals
- Focus on education, not promotion
Product demonstrations, sales presentations and general motivational talks without a clear banking application are unlikely to be selected.
Before You Submit
Submitting a proposal does not guarantee a speaking opportunity. Proposals are evaluated based on topic relevance, educational value, audience demand, speaker expertise and program availability.
Selected speakers must provide objective, nonpromotional content, customize their presentation for the TBA audience and meet applicable planning and material deadlines.
Strong proposals may be retained for consideration at future TBA programs.

Honorariums and travel reimbursement vary by program. Applicable arrangements will be discussed if a speaker is selected.
