Real Estate Lending School
The 20th Annual Real Estate Lending School provides bankers with a solid foundation for managing and producing a quality loan portfolio of residential and commercial real estate secured loans. Topics include underwriting, decision making, documentation, compliance, loan administration and more. The program will benefit any banker engaged in making or supporting loans secured by real estate.
The school also features an interactive field trip to a residential construction site. Bus service for the field trip is provided.

Your fee includes program materials, daytime meals, field trip plus a welcome reception (guests invited).
Note: For IRS reporting purposes, the food cost portion of your registration is to be determined.
MATERIALS: A notebook with course materials will be provided onsite for each student. The hands-on curriculum features in-depth case study projects and class exercises — please bring a calculator.
The registration fee includes program materials, most meals plus two receptions.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing. Please email to education@texasbankers.com. Cancellations received on or before August 18 will receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received August 19-25 will receive a refund less a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations received after August 26 or “no shows” will not be refunded. Extenuating circumstances are reviewed on an individual basis. Substitutions are permitted without penalty.
