Compliance Update School is a specialized program tailored for TBA’s Compliance School graduates who are passionate about sustaining their professional investment. Participants will receive updates on crucial compliances issues, dive into recent legal changes and updates and stay informed about alterations in existing legislation.
Attendance at Compliance School (or similar training) is required for admission to the annual Compliance Update School

Note: For IRS reporting purposes, the food cost portion of your registration is pending approval.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing. Please email to education@texasbankers.com. Cancellations received on or before March 29 will receive a refund less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received March 30 – April 3 will receive a refund less a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations received after April 3 or “no shows” will not be refunded. Extenuating circumstances are reviewed on an individual basis. Substitutions are permitted without penalty.

Texas State Board of Public Accountancy: Pending Approval. There are no educational prerequisites.
ABA Professional Certifications and State Bar of Texas:
Application has been submitted for CE credit review. We will notify attendees once credit is approved.
Attendees will receive an electronic version of the 2025 Compliance School manual and any additional Compliance Update School reference materials. The electronic version will be emailed prior to the school, along with a list of chapters and pages to be covered in case you would like to print and bring them with you. Printed manuals are still available for an additional fee. You must be registered for the Compliance Update School to purchase a print copy of the manual.
